My Story
Hi, I’m Joey. My journey with stress and anxiety began while chasing my dream of becoming a professional soccer player. Being hard of hearing made it difficult to keep up on the field, and past discrimination made me afraid to speak up. Over time, the pressure and fear of not being enough turned into anxiety that followed me into everyday life.
I share my story to remind you that you’re not alone. Through Calming Hearts, my goal is to create products that support you in the moments that trigger us the most.
